Begin with an intention
What would you like to change in everyday life? Try describing a practical situation: finding a regular place for training, organising meals or having support during a demanding period.
An unfinished answer is enough. The assessment is there to turn an intention into priorities discussed together. You do not need to arrive having chosen a programme.
Look at a real week
Note the commitments you do not want to ignore: commuting, travel, business meals and family time. Also identify moments that could realistically accommodate an appointment.
This is not about producing an exemplary schedule. A week that reflects your life is more useful to the conversation than an ideal one.
Choose what you would like to share
You can prepare your questions and previous experience. Information useful to coaching is discussed during the appointment; the initial contact form is not intended for medical data.
If pain or a medical need is involved, consult an appropriate healthcare professional. A coaching assessment does not replace that step.
Clarify the arrangements
Ask about scope, format, duration and price. For a home visit in Switzerland, travel feasibility and any additional charges need to be specified.
You can also ask what happens next: possible programmes, review points and communication channels. You do not have to decide before you have that information.
