These terms govern coaching appointments and services booked remotely on erick-coaching.life, including individual video assessments. The version accepted at the time of booking applies.

Coaching may cover fitness, everyday habits, non-medical nutrition and, where agreed, personal training. It is not medical diagnosis, prescription or therapy and does not replace appropriate healthcare.

Before payment, the client chooses the service, an available time and the appointment language, then enters contact details. The summary shows the total price, duration, date and time zone. Details can be corrected before continuing.

A booking is confirmed only after server-side verification of payment by Stripe. Returning from Stripe does not itself confirm a booking. A confirmation email is sent with a booking reference.

The total price and currency are those shown immediately before payment. Online payments are handled by Stripe on its secure hosted page. Erick Coaching does not receive the full payment card number.

The booking flow does not create an automatic subscription. Applicable tax and VAT wording depends on the operator’s actual status and appears on receipts or invoices where required.

The commercial rescheduling and cancellation rule still needs to be approved before real payments are enabled. It must be displayed clearly before booking.

If Erick Coaching has to cancel an appointment, a replacement time or a full refund of the unprovided service is offered.

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, a consumer generally has fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise it without giving a reason.

If the consumer expressly asks for the service to begin before the end of that period, they may still withdraw until the service has been fully performed, but may have to pay for the proportion already supplied. Once the service has been fully performed, the right may be lost where the legal requirements for prior express request and acknowledgement are met.

To exercise this right: email the contact address with a clear statement of your decision, your name, the service concerned and the booking date.

The client is responsible for having a suitable connection, device and environment for an online appointment, providing accurate information relevant to the appointment and flagging any important constraint. Medical information must not be submitted through the booking form.

Outcomes depend on the client’s circumstances, goals, consistency and decisions. No quantified or medical outcome is guaranteed.

If a technical incident prevents the session or payment, the parties will first seek a replacement time or reasonable solution. Any limitation in these terms does not apply where prohibited by mandatory law.

The appointed consumer mediator and contact details must be added before real commercial bookings are opened.

Subject to mandatory consumer protections, the contract is governed by French law. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections that apply to their situation.
