A realistic starting point
We separate what you want to work on, what you can organise and anything that first needs advice from a health professional.
Training · Fitness · Performance
Individual coaching to make movement part of your week, develop your general fitness and build a regular practice without extremes.
The intention
You do not need to return immediately to your previous routine. A useful first goal might simply be finding two realistic opportunities to train in your week.
We discuss your experience and constraints before planning the sessions. Strength, mobility and conditioning are considered in relation to your current ability and priorities.
Who it is for
We separate what you want to work on, what you can organise and anything that first needs advice from a health professional.
Sessions evolve in response to your feedback. Difficulty does not increase automatically: how you experience and perform the exercises matters.
We look at completed sessions, confidence with movements and routines you can maintain. No numerical outcome is promised.
How it works
You know what is included and how the programme can evolve. The pace is agreed with you, not for you.
Your starting point, priorities and available time.
Exercises, format and a workable training rhythm.
Clear guidance with an appropriate level of difficulty.
Review the programme in light of your experience.
Coaching does not replace diagnosis, treatment or rehabilitation. Sessions and intensity depend on your situation and the agreed setting.
Formats & feesNo. It is fitness coaching and support with exercise habits, not medical treatment or rehabilitation.
The assessment is a chance to discuss where you are now. Pain, symptoms or a medical restriction require health advice before planning exercise.
Both formats may be suitable, depending on your situation and space. Home visits are confirmed according to your location.
Your next step
Tell me about your eating habits, daily routines or fitness goals. We will discuss the kind of support that fits your situation.
