2. Data we process
- Enquiries: name, contact details and the message you choose to send.
- Booking: name, email, optional phone number, selected language, service, date and time, consent record and the accepted terms version.
- Payment: session/payment references, amount, currency and status. Full card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored in the Erick Booking database.
- Technical data: information needed for security, abuse prevention and the proper operation of the website and hosting.

4. Recipients and service providers
- Erick Coaching and people strictly authorised to manage the enquiry or appointment.
- Hostinger, for technical hosting of the website and WordPress database.
- Stripe, for payment processing, fraud prevention, refunds and Stripe invoicing if enabled.
- The email delivery provider configured in WordPress, for confirmations and reminders.
- Google Calendar / Google Meet only if the corresponding integration is enabled.
5. International transfers
Some international providers, including Stripe and Google if enabled, may process data in several countries. They use the transfer mechanisms and safeguards required under applicable data-protection law.
6. Retention
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: for as long as needed to handle the request, then up to three years from the last contact where continued retention remains justified.
- Bookings and client relationship: during performance, then limited archiving for evidence and legal obligations. Contract/commercial documents may need to be retained for five years and accounting records for ten years depending on their nature.
- Payment data: Erick Coaching retains transaction references needed for administration; Stripe applies its own retention periods to the data it processes.
- Technical data: according to purpose and technical-provider settings, for a period proportionate to security and troubleshooting needs.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent for the future.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, CNIL. cnil.fr.
8. Health data
The booking form is not designed to collect medical or health data. Do not enter diagnoses, test results, treatment details or medical documents. If sensitive information becomes genuinely necessary for coaching, an appropriate channel and privacy notice should be put in place before collection.
10. Security
The booking flow limits the data requested, encrypts private booking data and payment secrets within WordPress, and confirms payment server-side. No security measure can eliminate all risk.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect services actually enabled, applicable requirements or service providers. The version displayed here governs general privacy information; the terms version accepted for a booking is recorded separately.
