Unpredictable working days
Keep two workable meal options in reserve rather than rely on a perfect plan.
Nutrition · Everyday habits · Individual coaching
Last-minute meals, demanding days and conflicting advice. Build an approach to eating that fits the way you live, with practical steps and someone to review them with you.
Your starting point
Nutrition coaching starts with your schedule, food preferences, cooking habits and the situations where you need more clarity — not a list of forbidden foods.
The work is practical: planning a few meals, finding options you enjoy, making shopping easier and reviewing what works when the week changes.
Keep two workable meal options in reserve rather than rely on a perfect plan.
Identify realistic choices at hotels, restaurants and on the road.
Review routines without requiring a separate menu for everyone at home.
Connect meals and daily organisation with your pattern of activity.
Personal work
Coaching does not ask you to change everything at once. It helps you choose, try and refine what makes a difference in your everyday routines.
We look at an ordinary week: meals, shopping, constraints and the situations you find easier or harder. You do not need to present a perfect week.
Together we select practical changes to try, respecting your preferences, food budget and available time.
Where relevant, we discuss meals around active days and training. Personal training remains an optional, separate service.
Follow-up is a chance to see what was manageable, understand obstacles and adjust the next steps without blame.
Illustrative example of the process
This example illustrates the coaching process. It is not a client testimonial, a prescribed meal plan or a promised result.
Lunch is often decided in a rush.
Agree on two practical options that suit your preferences.
Test the approach on the days when it would help.
Keep what makes meals easier and rethink the rest.
From the first conversation to follow-up
An assessment stands on its own. Ongoing coaching is agreed separately, with the frequency, scope and fee confirmed before you commit.
Discuss your needs and decide whether the format and scope of coaching are right for you.
Review your habits and agree on the first priorities.
Try the agreed actions in your actual week, rather than an ideal timetable.
Discuss the experience and adapt your routines. Frequency and communication arrangements are agreed before starting.
Coaching focuses on eating habits. It does not replace medical care or therapeutic dietetic treatment. Medical conditions, eating disorders and clinical nutrition needs require an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
To help you decide
Yes. Nutrition coaching is a standalone option. Personal training can be added when you wish to combine both.
We discuss your routines and priorities from a quiet place. Follow-up can also take place online under the agreed arrangements.
Visits in the Geneva area and Pays de Gex are considered according to your town and availability. Any travel fees are confirmed beforehand.
No. The aim is an approach that fits your preferences, social life and constraints, rather than a uniform menu.
No. Coaching helps you put everyday eating habits into practice. Therapeutic or clinical needs require appropriate healthcare support.
Your proposal confirms the fee in CHF, appointment duration and what is included before you agree. Sending an enquiry does not start a subscription.
