Train with a sporting goal.
Make the work intentional.

Give your training a clear structure with individual sessions and planned reviews. The programme starts from your current practice and the goal you want to work towards.

The intention

A direction for the work you already do.

You train regularly but want more than a series of improvised sessions. We clarify the goal, any relevant timeline and the place for additional training in your week.

Support may focus on strength, conditioning, mobility and progression. It does not replace specialist technical coaching in your sport.

Who it is for

Attention to
your situation.

  • You want a clearer structure for an existing practice.
  • You have a sporting goal to discuss.
  • You want to review progress, not just count sessions.
01

Define what matters

Strength, conditioning and movement confidence call for different plans. We choose useful markers rather than adding tests for their own sake.

02

Plan the sessions

Your existing sport, equipment and calendar inform the programme. Volume and difficulty are discussed and reviewed rather than fixed regardless of feedback.

03

Review and adapt

Follow-up connects completed work, your experience and the original goal. Pain or persistent difficulties may call for support from an appropriate health professional.

How it works

Clear arrangements.
At every stage.

You know what is included and how the programme can evolve. The pace is agreed with you, not for you.

01

Define

Your goal, starting point and current training.

02

Plan

Complementary work with clear reference points.

03

Train

Individual sessions within an agreed scope.

04

Review

Progress discussions to refine what comes next.

Coaching does not replace diagnosis, treatment or rehabilitation. Sessions and intensity depend on your situation and the agreed setting.

Your questions.
Clear answers.

All questions
Do you specialise in every sport?

No. The first conversation establishes whether your goal is within the scope of the coaching. Specialist technical expertise in every discipline is not claimed.

Are performance results guaranteed?

No. Outcomes depend on your starting point, practice and participation. No ranking or numerical improvement is promised.

Can nutrition support be included?

Yes, to address eating habits and practical meal organisation within the coaching scope. Medical and therapeutic needs require a health professional.

Your next step

Let’s begin with
a conversation.

Tell me about your eating habits, daily routines or fitness goals. We will discuss the kind of support that fits your situation.
